Testing "blog this" option of Google Picasa. Hope it works !!!
Microsoft Writer didn't work due some reasons. It will take another blog to
describe how MS is cheating on me. (Oh yes ... I paid for my copy of windows vista home basic !!)
An interesting fact about Picasa:
Picasa "web album" option fails when you are under web proxy which requires authentication. Workaround: Go for "Blog this" first. It will ask proxy credentials. Once you connect to blogger, you are ready to use "web album" option to upload photos on picasa web.
