one year

It's been one year since I left Allahabad. I must confess that I indeed liked Allahabad, although I hated the city in the beginning.

I always wanted to be on my own. Stay away from home, live my own life-- my way is awesome. Live happiness and sorrows, enjoy success and failures, be responsible for whatever happens in my life is what life means to me. Experiments are integral part of my life. So moving to Delhi feels great.

Office:

In office, they call me “Politician”. But I really don't believe in the politics of grouping, backstabbing, leg pulling and negative energies. Although, sometimes I play games, either for entertainment or to get the things moving. It's job, so cant put more details.

Another allegation on me is “I am toooo professional, that is I don't have good personal relationships with people”. I agree with this one. I am not too good with people. I am too lazy to greet someone. I don't like anyone coming to me to greet me a Good Morning. Same is the case with b'days. They charged me "guilty” for refusing “Hand Shakes” to some seniors (seniority … another funda I dislike and refuse openly). Well, I am against handshakes. They are dirty, unhygienic. They irritate me. (I remember my “touch irritation”ness was related to my “being Maharashtrian” by a girl I met in train!!!)

Delhi

Delhi is awesome. “BerSarai village” is the best place-- lafantus area in fact :) . Thanks to Pranay and Souvik that they moved there. Now I have another place to spend weekend. Also, Anuraag's mom has been very kind and loving and motherly with us (me and pranay). We go to Anuraag's and DEMAND what we wish to eat. Delicious food is cooked by aunty.

Roomie is psycho. Quite unique person.

Family:

We three now live in three different cities. Aai in Pune, Kitu in Ahmadabad, and me in Delhi. This is good and bad. Good that kitu got it in NID, and also now we all can meet in an overnight journey to Ahmadabad. Bad that we will rarely be home together. (I am planning for Ganapati).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Self:

Current read is all about Che Guevara, Russian revolution (3rd revolution) (couple of Marathi books), some of John Grishm which I missed out in college days. I miss Marathi books here.

Things move too fast, life is very dynamic, work is too hectic, time is too less, pile of “to do list” just grows and I am restless.

Hmm confession article on many personal feelings. I was not aware of all that. Being a reserve is good but that much reserve , think… …. On it.
But one thing I would like to add on this confession Article- very frank expression of all like and dislike. Nice one.
